Bonded Structures
As a leading aerospace manufacturing supplier, CHI has fabricated an endless range of composite aircraft structures, aircraft control surfaces, fairings, radomes, electronic enclosures, and panels using both solid laminate and cored materials. CHI is Nadcap certified for bonding using Nomex and aluminum honeycomb cores. CHI's in-house 5 axis CNC router is capable of machining complex core structures. We utilize hand lay-up oven and autoclave curing and VARTM and RTM processing of epoxy, BMI, and Cyanate ester resins.
