Capabilities
CHI provides design and build and build to print capabilities for a variety of advanced composite applications. Since the mid 70's we have been involved in most major aerospace programs. CHI offers traditional hand layup autoclave and compression molding of low and high temperature systems. In addition we have recently added capabilities in high temperature thermoplastic forming, VARTM, and RTM processing. We have developed processes in hollow core molding, acoustically treated structures, and innovated tooling techniques. We are able to support development and production programs for products up to 20' in length.
