CHI's continuous improvement plan addresses all aspects of the business with the goal of achieving world class status in the field of aerospace manufacturing. We utilize Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, SPC tracking, integrated product team approach, and Six Sigma tools to improve every aspect of our business. Performance metrics are measured and monitored for each area of the business.
